Brandon Bains is Commercial Real Estate Broker at William Wright Commercial, based out of the Fraser Valley office. Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Brandon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2022. In 2024, he earned his DULE (Diploma in Urban Land Economics) from UBC's Sauder School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate Development. Brandon also worked as an Analyst for Carevest Private Capital Inc, a Mortgage Investment Fund (MIQ) that supplies real estate financing for small to mid-sized developers. He also completed an interim role as a summer intern with one of Canada's leading brokerages, where he was involved in both residential and commercial transactions. Brandon's work ethic, communication, and ability to build relationships allow him to build impactful and long lasting relationships with his cliental.
