David Hemmings spent his first 4 years in residential real estate in Whistler. His practice consisted of working buyers investing in second homes and vacation rentals. David’s background comes from 10 years in the hospitality industry providing a luxury hotel experience for guests and clients.
Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, David moved to Whistler in 2007 where he worked in the hospitality industry with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. In 2014 he began his real estate career as a residential realtor working with clients in Whistler, Pemberton and surrounding areas. David worked with the local community as well as clients investing in rental properties and shared ownership. This experience has made him a perfect fit for William Wright Commercial.
