A graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology School of Business, Esar holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, which he utilized to establish his presence in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Before joining William Wright Commercial, Esar dominated the hospitality industry in Vancouver and Surrey for over seven years. During the peak of his career, he oversaw the management of two award winning multi-million-dollar hotels, leading a team of over fifty employees to success.
