Josh Jawanda is a commercial real estate broker at William Wright Commercial, based out of the Tri-Cities office. He is dynamic Bachelor of Commerce Student at UBC’s Sauder School of Business who possesses strong leadership, analytical, and detail-oriented skills established through private projects, academic involvement, community engagement, and work experience. He has a personal commitment to self-excellence and prioritizes putting the client first to create long term relationships.
Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Josh Jawanda was completing his Undergraduate Studies at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business where he specialized in Real Estate and Business Law. He had the opportunity to diversify his skillset through a range of unique Internship opportunities at a number of Development companies. Over the last few years, Josh has built a solid foundation in Commercial Real Estate where he has leveraged his experience and education in different aspects of the business, including valuations using pro formas, analyzing market information, and selling and leasing Commercial Real Estate.
