With over six years of industry experience and a strong background in finance, Milap brings a strategic approach to every transaction. He helps investors and entrepreneurs make informed, data-driven decisions when leasing, buying, or selling commercial real estate.

Milap holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from SFU's Beedie School of Business and has passed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 examination, one of the most respected designations in investment management. Before becoming a real estate agent, he spent over three years in the lending industry, which gave him a multifaceted understanding of real estate transactions. To further hone his skills, Milap has taken Professional Development courses from UBC Sauder covering highest and best use analysis, financial analysis and forecasting, land valuation, and commercial appraisals.

Beyond real estate, Milap is the founder of Real Estate Recap, co-founded a fintech startup, and has held executive leadership roles in non-profit organizations. His diverse experiences allow him to uncover unique investment opportunities, structure complex deals, and maximize returns for his clients.
