Professional Experience

Seamus Bailey is a Vancouver broker that specializes in income-producing properties and development sites, along with the marketing of strata sales and leasing. Prior to joining William Wright, he spent four years at the University of British Columbia studying economics and statistics. During this time, Seamus completed multiple statistics based research projects across various sectors of the economy. This experience has facilitated Seamus’s outstanding underwriting and analytical skills for real estate.

Seamus continues to build from this experience by helping clients maximize the value of their properties during the acquisition, leasing, repositioning, development, and final sales process. He is supported by a dedicated brokerage team, marketing professionals, and an extensive personal network in the Lower Mainland. Seamus’s goal is to provide superior service and outcomes for every client.

Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Seamus completed his undergraduate degree in Economics with a specialization in data analysis. During this time he also worked as a rental property manager as well as a UBC varsity sports event coordinator.
