Sharu Thulasi is a Vancouver based broker specializing in the leasing and sales of commercial real estate across the Lower Mainland. His strong leadership and enthusiasm for ensuring his clients are taken care of allow the client to feel comfortable with completing transactions. He is a results-oriented individual who prioritizes the needs of his clients above everything.

Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Sharu was completing his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business where he specialized in Real Estate and Finance. Upon graduating, he had the opportunity to diversify his skill set through a development internship at SHAPE Properties and a research analyst role at Jones Lang LaSalle. Over the last few years, Sharu has built a solid foundation in Commercial Real Estate where he has leveraged his experience and education in different aspects of the business, including valuations, market analysis, and selling/ leasing commercial real estate.
