Theo Kefalas joined the William Wright team in 2022, bringing over twelve years of Real Estate and Business Advisory experience with him. This experience, combined with over twenty years of entrepreneurship expertise has solidified his knowledge in the service, construction, hospitality and development industries, among others. Theo recognizes the importance of integrity and trust when it comes to all of his business transactions and he strives to provide insight, knowledge, and practical experience to all of his clients.
Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Theo also owned, operated, bought and sold many businesses, and his achievements were acknowledged when he was granted the Top Forty under 40 Award by BIV Magazine. His ambition, determination and extensive knowledge of conducting business in a variety of industries allows him to show up for his clients in several unique ways. He is inspired to assist his clients to achieve their business goals by applying his strengths of detailed analysis, strategic marketing and strategies, recognition of opportunities, and outside of the box thinking to meet a rapidly changing business climate.
