Western Investor reports the property, which consists of five buildings and is called Banks Complex, was built in 1989 and covers 0.66 acres. The land at 470 Banks Rd. is part of Kelowna’s home improvement district, not far from big-box retailers like Canadian Tire, Costco and Walmart.
