Mike Vanden Bosch, Fraser Valley Today – A popular commercial shopping centre on Vedder Road in the heart of Sardis is now fully leased.
William Wright Commercial Real Estate Services posted on social media last month that Vedder Pointe, a strategically located development at 6640 Vedder Road anchored by Tim Hortons, Shoppers and Dollarama, is now 100 per cent leased.
William Wright, a commercial brokerage with multiple locations throughout British Columbia, says the leasing included 16,406 square feet of office space and 7,544 square feet of retail space.
Altogether, the commercial shopping centre features about 70,000 square feet of retail and office development. In addition to the three primary tenants listed above, the development also features a BMO branch, a FedEx drop-off location, the popular Little Beetle in its sparkling new venue, eateries like Domino’s Pizza and Guilin Rice Noodle, and Spectrum Medical headed up by Dr. Darren Joneson.
