Kirk Penton, Castanet – The ground-level retail areas of two Mission Group towers in downtown Kelowna are for sale.
William Wright Commercial has listed the main levels of the Brooklyn and Ella towers, which total 8,226 square feet of fully leased space to five tenants.
The Brooklyn building, which is located on St. Paul Street, has ATB Wealth and Blend Bites as tenants, while Ella, on the northwest corner of Ellis Street and Lawrence Avenue, is home to OEB Breakfast Co., The Collective and So Fetch. The Brooklyn space is 2,515 square feet, while Ella’s ground floor retail consists of 5,711 square feet.
The 20-storey Ella opened in 2020, while the 25-storey Brooklyn started welcoming residents in 2022.
