The Dilworth Inn is comprised of a three storey, 50-room hotel and is prominently situated on a large 1-acre land parcel on the corner of Dilworth Drive and Enterprise Way, just off Harvey Avenue (Highway 97) in the heart of Kelowna’s thriving commercial corridor.
The sale of the Dilworth Inn was a Liquidation Mandate that was launched in the Fall of 2025 during a time of much uncertainty. However, the response for the Dilworth Inn was well received, and we were surprised by the number of inquiries we received from buyers not only locally but also across Canada and into the USA.
