Abbotsford is the third largest metropolitan area in BC and has seen over 6.1% population growth since 2011 to over 180,000 residences. In 2018 the City of Abbostford adopted 8 new Official Community Plans and it is BC’s second fastest growing economy. Lease rates have grown by over 20% since 2017, seen a huge increase in commercial construction, and has vacancy rates less then 2% for most asset classes.
