The initial offerings in Building B consists of 6 units, 4 of which are small-bay units in the 1,652 SF to 2,260 SF range each of which will have a single grade-level loading bay, to the front of the building and 2 are medium-bay units in the 7,609 to 9,020 SF range located at the rear of the building. These larger units will have both grade and dock level loading bays.

Planning Phase! The initial planning phase for Building C has begun. Wesmont has indicated, to ensure flexibility in the industrial units being delivered in SALT Centre, that the units in Building C with have unique access to a secure yard space that is located adjacent to the building.
