With over 13 years of credit and investment experience in retail and business banking, Nick Renton brings a wealth of knowledge around real estate. He is excited to join William Wright Commercial and work with new and existing relationships to uncover real estate opportunities in the Okanagan and BC.

Prior to joining William Wright Commercial, Nick worked in Retail and Business Banking for over 13 years. With experience in large financial institutions and local credit unions, Nick specialized in working with professionals and self employed individuals and their companies. Nick has managed investment and credit portfolios with over $200MM in assets under management while also supporting business development initiatives in many key banking segments. Additionally, he has helped clients navigate property purchases, leasehold improvements and equipment financing through various complex credit structures.

Nick and his young family like to explore the parks, beaches and trails of the Okanagan. Nick is an avid golfer and enjoys being on the course meeting new people as often as possible. Nick supports his local community and enjoys organizing and participating in community fundraisers and events in the Okanagan. Nick also enjoys travelling and getting off the beaten track to find new experiences.
