Kirk Penton, Castanet – A recently completed strata office unit in Kelowna Airport Business Park sold last month for more than $4 million.
The space is 7,930 square feet and includes a 1,127 square-foot unit that can be leased to a separate business for additional rental income.
The exact transaction figure was $4.085 million, which means the average sale mark works out to a premium price point of $515 per square foot.
The unit, whose address is 2065 Pier Mac Way, also comes with 17 parking stalls and is right across the highway from Kelowna International Airport.
Shelby Kostyshen and Jeff Hancock of William Wright Commercial represented the seller, while Will Pigott of Unison HM Commercial Realty helped the buyer complete the deal.
